How do we begin?

We will set a time to meet in person, on site, to walk through the property or the existing space. We will spend time discussing general ideas, goals, budget, timeline, deliverables and we will answer each others’s questions. Our initial meeting gives us a chance to determine how to build a successful project for you.

What does the design process look like?

We follow the traditional phases of Architectural Design —Programming or PreDesign, Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. We may work together on one or all of these phases, depending on your project requirements. During our initial meeting, we will discuss the scope of work and a timeline
